more light on scholorship,

I a Ugandan and so much interested in doing my MA in rural development/psychology, but funding is the big challenge I'm facing now, can I get scholarship for the course of my choice?

In case its there, I'm willing to start the process of the study now only I need a good samaritan to restore my hope of attaining MA.

I have 1st Degree in social works and social administration.
