Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollecting and delivering documents outside and within the organization;
Serving refreshments to staff and guests/visitors;
Cleaning and maintaining office cleanliness.
Messengerial duties;
Ensure proper disposal of waste.
Ensure proper arrangement of items in the office.
Any other duties as may be assigned.
Requirements for Appointment
Be a Kenyan citizen;
Holder of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, or KCE Division IV, or Kenya Certificate of Primary Education plus 2 year’s relevant experience;
At least three (3) months’ experience in a related field;
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
Personal Qualities in Additional to the Above Requirements
Excellent time management and organization skills;
Communication skills;
Interpersonal skills;
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail
Collaboration skills
