Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collecting and delivering documents outside and within the organization;

  • Serving refreshments to staff and guests/visitors;

  • Cleaning and maintaining office cleanliness.

  • Messengerial duties;

  • Ensure proper disposal of waste.

  • Ensure proper arrangement of items in the office.

  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

    Requirements for Appointment

  • Be a Kenyan citizen;

  • Holder of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, or KCE Division IV, or Kenya Certificate of Primary Education plus 2 year’s relevant experience;

  • At least three (3) months’ experience in a related field;

  • Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.

    Personal Qualities in Additional to the Above Requirements

  • Excellent time management and organization skills;

  • Communication skills;

  • Interpersonal skills;

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Attention to detail

  • Collaboration skills
