Mombasa County Public Service Board Building Inspectors Jobs in Kenya



Duties and Responsibilities]

  • Interpretation of Architectural and Engineering drawing and checking minor repairs and alteration of existing building.

  • Receive and vetting of applications for building;

  • Advise developers and clients on all related technical matters to building designs and development control within the County

  • Supervise construction work in progress in accordance with specification and report any variation

  • Supervise Artisan Carrying out repairs and alteration in existing building; and

  • Preparing cost estimate and schedule of materials.

    Requirements for Appointment

  • Diploma in Building and civil engineering or Construction technician part III OR equivalent and relevant qualification from a recognized institution

  • Candidate must be a Kenyan citizen;

  • Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institution;

  • Relevant working experience will be added advantage.
