Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the implementation and monitoring of project performance;

  • Assist in supervising a wide range of duties which include planning the delivery of overall
    Program and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of the corporation;

  • Monitoring approved expenditures of a project; prepare financial statements as well as maintaining records pertaining to activities in that particular area;

  • Preparing and monitoring of project/ programme implementation;

  • Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules;

  • Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues;

  • Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards;

  • Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information;

  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution;

  • Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget;

  • Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients;

  • Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables;

  • Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period;

  • Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project
    elements;

  • Enterprise Resource Planning project
    oversight;

  • Providing daily management, monitoring and technical support as regards the assigned project;

  • Any other duties as may be assigned.

    Requirements for Appointment

  • Be a Kenyan citizen;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field from a recognized University;

  • Master’s Degree in a related field from a recognized University will be an added advantage;

  • Have had experience in management for a period of not less than three (3) years;

  • Proficiency in computer applications;

  • Fulfil the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
