Duties and Responsibilities

Administrative office duties;

Arranging official Meetings

Typing of Minutes

Prioritize incoming mail and enquiries as shall be assigned to them by the ward office Manager from time to time.

Handling routine correspondences

Any other duties as may be assigned by the Hon Member

Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a person must have the following:-

National identity card or Passport

Certificate in KCSE;

Certificate of Good Conduct.

Mark on the envelope “A” if applying to serve the elected Member and “B” for nominated Member and “C” for Commissionaire position.

Applicants must attach a copy of National Identity Card
