Requirement for Appointment:

  • Bachelors degree in medicine and surgery from a recognized institution

  • Registration Certificate with Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist Council

  • Valid practicing license by Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist Council

  • Minimum one year experience

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Formulation review of health policies, standards and guidelines and protocols

  • Provision of clinical care diagnosis treatment and rehabilitation of patients

  • Perform medical exams and write reports

  • Provision of emergency response and clinical care services during disasters

  • Provision of medical health promotion and education

  • Training of interns and other health personnel

  • Management of health information systems
