Duties & Responsibilities

An Officer at this level will be responsible for the following duties:

Equipment fault diagnosis and basic repair and maintenance;

Appreciating the principle of operation of the standard equipment in most health institution.

Requirement for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:

Be a Kenyan Citizen;

Have a Diploma Certificate in Medical Engineering from a recognized institution;

Certificate in Computer Application skills from recognized institution;

Fulfills expectations of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya on leadership and integrity,

Ability to communicate effectively
