What You’ll Do
We are looking to add a accounts receivable assistant to our team who will assist in ensuring that we have accurate invoicing and postings. They will be excited in handling various reconciliations to ensure that all our accounts balance. Finally, you will be responsible for sharing daily and monthly reports to various teams in the company.
The Role in Brief
Invoicing and Postings:
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of invoices for B2C orders with ETR receipts attached
Work with the accounts receivable officer in ensuring zero unexplained open invoices and credits for B2C
Ensure accurate payment postings i.e., payments, prepayments and commissions
Ensure proper filing of credit notes and other account receivable documents
Reconciliations:
Prepare daily and monthly bank reconciliations for review and approval by the accounts receivable officer
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for review and approval by the accounts receivable officer
Prepare weekly prepayment reconciliations for review and approval by the accounts receivable officer
Correct any B2C 1-D variances in a timely manner and share a report to the relevant teams
Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliations of our third-party partners for review and approval by the accounts receivable officer.
Reconcile B2C open invoices within 48hrs after delivery
Reconcile all showroom movements and sales and
ensure Quick Books showroom numbers are accurate on a daily basis
Reporting:
Share B2C dispatch & invoice report to the relevant teams on a daily basis.
Share open invoices reports with the B2C team.
Prepare a daily reconciliation report by comparing the previous day delivery report with the current day report.
Initiate refunds to the payments team in a timely manner and send a report to the B2C team.

Are You Our Dream Candidate?
You have at least 1 years’ experience in a role with accounts receivable responsibilities.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel and google sheets.
You have good knowledge of any accounting software, knowledge of Quick Books will be an added advantage.
You possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
An enthusiastic individual with outstanding problem-solving skills.
You have a degree in an accounting related field.
You are a quick learner and ager to join a mid-sized and quickly-growing organization and team.
