Job Requirements and Responsibilities

Quality Control Staff

This category of staff shall Includes operators of:

Incoming Quality Control

Outgoing Quality Control

In Process Quality Control

Burn-in Quality Control

Quality Assurance of Repair Center

Responsibilities

Perform assigned work in accordance with the operating instructions (SOP)

Performing tests on products on the assembly line and finished products.

Performing visual checks on products to ensure quality

Verification and testing of components (raw materials) from suppliers before they
are received

Segregate, identify and alert of nonconforming product.

Requirements

Diploma or Higher National Diploma in either computer engineering, electrical
and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering and telecommunication

Computer hardware skills

Proven problem solving skills

Have a high concentration span

Ability to work as part of a team

5. Assembly Operators:
This category of staff shall include:

Assembly operators

HDD copy and subassembly operators

Laser Engraving operators

Responsibilities

Assemble the components according to various operating instructions (SOP)

Check the compatibility of components.

Make inspections of the work they perform and register it properly

Segregate, identify and warn of nonconforming product

Dismantle equipment from discards.
Requirements

Diploma or Higher National Diploma in either computer engineering, electrical
and electronic engineering, mechanical engineering and telecommunication

Computer hardware skills

Proven problem solving skills

Have a high concentration span

Ability to work as part of a team

Packing Operators

This category of staff shall include;

Packing operators from SKD

production

Packing operators Repair Center

Responsibilities

Proceed packaging equipment according to various operating instructions (SOP)

Registration of serial numbers of packaged equipment

Segregating, identifying and raising alerts for nonconforming product.

Requirements

Certificate in logistics, stores management, office management and related field

Ability to work as part of a team

Have a high concentration span

Logistic Operators

This category of staff shall include;

Warehouse operators.

Distribution and supply operators.
Responsibilities

Storage of merchandise upon arrival of;

Separating and packaging of merchandise according to sales orders

Loading and offloading of finished product and raw materials

Inspection of all cargo delivered to the factory to check for conformity to order.

Ensuring proper and quick insertion of approved products in stock, while ensuring
segregation, registration and reporting of non-compliant products;

Keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

Requirements

Certificate in warehouse operations, logistics, stores management, office management and related areas.

Computer literate

Good communication and writing skills

Proven problem solving skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Have a high concentration span

Technicians

Technicians shall be responsible to the Maintenance Engineer for the repair of
nonconforming products.

Responsibilities

Identify, analyze and repair non-conformities and failures of equipment rejected
during the production processes.

Diploma in electronics or computer engineering

Two years’ experience in maintenance of electronic repairs

Be computer literate

Have good communication and writing skills

Proven problem solving skills

Ability to concentrate in routine work

Ability to work as part of a team
