To support Mogo Baltics and Caucasus with timely, high quality financial reporting and result analysis.


Responsibilities


  • Ensured timely preparation of monthly financial reports and data analysis of Mogo Baltics and Caucasus countries in high quality
  • Improved financial reporting and analysis processes
  • Analysed and monitored financial results
  • Professional and knowledgeable assistance provided to local accountants across countries
  • Business decision support based on data analysis
  • Developing an in-depth business knowledge and becoming a trusted adviser to finance and business managers


    Requirements


  • Good understanding of accounting, month close process and related reporting
  • Perfect Excel knowledge, preferred SQL knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • At least 2 years’ experience at similar responsibilities preferably within the area of lending industry
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and manage pressure
  • Degree in economics, mathematics, finance or related discipline
  • Fluent English
