Responsibilities


  • Introduced full accounting records for a new company
  • Timely financial reporting of the group
  • Defended the company's financial interests in other institutions
  • Optimized accounting processes
  • Accounting data protection and confidentiality respected
  • Successful collaboration with other accountants working in a group of companies


    Requirements


  • Higher education in finance, accounting, economics
  • At least 3 years experience in the finance industry as Chief Accountant
  • Experience in preparing annual reports, tax returns, monthly reports and other documents
  • Knowledge of LR tax laws and accounting regulations
  • Excellent knowledge of Latvian, knowledge of English and Russian as an advantage
  • Excellent MS Excel knowledge and experience with any of the accounting programs
  • High sense of responsibility, precision and skill to set priorities
  • Ability to work in dynamic conditions and to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills in teamwork
  • Initiative, proactive problem solving, independence at a high level
