Responsibilities

Invoice Invoicing;

Outbound billing and invoicing;

Checking of account turnover;

Preparation of data for annexes to VAT returns;

Accounting and bookkeeping of bank card transactions;

Advance billing;

Bank transaction accounting;

Calculation and accounting of savings;

Engaging in new accounting-related IT products;

Cooperation with the chief accountant;

And other knowledge-relevant tasks.

Requirements

Higher education in finance, accounting, economics (may be a student of recent courses if studying on Saturdays)

2 years of experience as an accountant or accountant assistant;

Knowledge of accounting principles;

Knowledge of the Latvian tax system;

Excellent MS Excel knowledge (Pivot, Lookup);

Desire to acquire new knowledge and take on new responsibilities;

Ability to work in dynamic conditions and to meet deadlines;

Good communication skills in teamwork;

Initiative, proactive problem solving, independence at a high level.
