Job Details

MOGAS is seeking an Operations Executive responsible for Receiving, Storage and distribution of Lubricants & LPG together with assisting with operations around the depot.

General Activities Of The Job

Ensure adequate stocking and delivery for all grades and SKUs.

Direct execution of raised sales orders as per Sales' ordering procedures

Responsibilities

Daily checks to ensure the Lubricants warehouse is free from any extrusion and is in a tenable state.

Booking Customer Sales orders in the ORACLE system.

Ensure PFIs are raised in time and follow up for timely delivery of customer orders while ensuring no stock outs.

Analyze trends to flag slow moving products and ensure the same are earmarked for timely liquidation.

Follow up on FIFO to ensure no products expire in storage before they are sold. Products with less than six months to expiry must be flagged.

Continuously report on quality of products to ensure no compromises occur during storage.

Assign drivers to deliver products in full as per invoices generated by Customer service. Perform system checks to ensure no un processed orders at the end of the operating month.

Define route plans to ensure that C.O.Gs are optimized.

Engage sales to make meaningful orders.

Ensure full accountability and efficiency of all the Fuel issued for the delivery Van.

Ensure proper documentation and record keeping.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business administration, logistics or related field.

At least one year's experience in the oil and gas sector.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft office packages and ORACLE software.

Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.

High degree of organization and ability to multi-task effectively.
