As Assistant to the President of MODETH Outsource PLC, you will be integral to the effectiveness and smooth running of the Executive office and key to ensuring his efficiency internally and externally.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role in a friendly, values-driven, and hard-working organization. You will gain excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. You will also significantly increase your multi-tasking skills by managing various workloads.
Responsibilities Manage the President’s inbox and calendar, categorize emails, schedule meetings, and work items, create daily and weekly action plans.
Get clarity on and summaries objectives for the day and week and communicate those effectively.
Responsible for coordinating executive communication, including taking calls and responding to emails
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
Compile and circulate pre-meeting materials to be reviewed.
Collect and present supporting materials and information at meetings to facilitate discussions.
Help set agenda and next steps for interactions.
Own travel and logistics booking for the executive and leadership team
Assist with document editing and formatting, creating templates for and helping execute on items such as presentation decks, reports, written summary’s, spreadsheets, graphs, etc.
Assist with bookings, time management and tasks for personal
and household efficiency, including but not limited to restaurant bookings, professional selection, and booking, arrangements for dry cleaning, household maintenance, private trips, etc.
Oversee and execute on personal projects as needed.
Work with the President to recommend best practices in all these areas and iterate with him to find an optimal approach

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Exceptional written communication skills to compile and present information in written form.
Exceptional oral communication skills are essential for relaying information clearly and concisely to add efficiency.
Strong interpersonal skills are required to build close relationships with the members of the executive team and collaborate closely with managers and colleagues in other roles as well.
Expert experience in a demanding role. With similar requirements, including inbox, calendar, business, and personal logistics management.
Exceptional software skills in Google Documents, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Mac OS Software (Pages, Numbers, Keynote). Ability to use these tools at an advanced level is essential for this role to generate high-quality documents on short notice.
Must be prepared for strict confidentiality practices at the highest professional and ethical standards.
Have extraordinary attention to detail and be able to deliver high-quality work under pressure consistently.
Be strongly self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable.
Take the initiative and be results-oriented.
Be able to think strategically, understand the big picture, priorities well, and work independently.
Iterate efficiently and effectively based on feedback.
Working schedule: Monday - Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM Addis Ababa with Flexible Hours
