The ideal candidate’s work includes:

  • Word processing using MS Excel and MS Word

  • Computer typing with speed

  • To manage documents in folders and catalogue them

  • To classical sort and file documents accurately

  • To operate and manage scanners

    Qualifications required

  • Not more than 25 years of age

  • A degree in relevant field or anyone with high proficiency in computer operation

  • Strong command of written and spoken English

    Key skills

  • Computer typing skill – Good speed and accuracy

  • Logical thinking

  • Use of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Scanner operator

  • Disciplined and ethical
