Qualifications and Competencies

• University degree level in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or other
relevant fields.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a related position.

• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to, Python, Javascript, JQuery, R, Java, PHP, C#

• Experience working with M&E systems for a wide variety of public health programs, including HIV, family planning, malaria, or child survival programs.

• Experience designing and implementing relational database applications, designing structured queries using SQL, as well as working Object storage/NoSQL databases.

• Experience in constructing SQL queries and in querying and injecting data (Using json or xml) to databases via the API
