Minimum Qualification

  • Applicants should be Ugandans holding an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry; or Analytical Chemistry; or Industrial Chemistry; or Chemical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.

    Working Experience

    Duties

    The Incumbent Will Be Responsible to the Senior Chemist for Performing the Following Duties:-

  • Carrying out chemical analyses of rock, ore, mineral, fluids and organic samples;

  • Assisting in carrying out research and development in analytical techniques;

  • Supervising and ensuring quality control in sample preparation;

  • Preparing analytical reports;

  • Supervising and appraising technicians;

  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
