Ministry Of Agriculture, Animal Industry, And Fisheries Agriculture Cluster Development Project (ACDP)

The Government of the Republic of Uganda through the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) applied for financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Agricultural Cluster Development Project (ACDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the Recruitment of Agricultural Data Analyst under the Agriculture Cluster Development Project (ACDP).

The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry, and Fisheries invites sealed expressions of interest from eligible consultants for the position of Agricultural Data Analyst.

The Shortlisting Criteria is;

Academic specialization

At least a bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information technology or economics.

• A Master's degree in any of the above fields will be an added advantage.

• Technical skills: The candidate must have technical expertise in data management using STATA or SPSS or R or CS Pro with experience with programming in CAPI with Survey Solutions or ODK based platforms.

• Experience: At least five years' experience in data production analysis and management with a reputable organisation.

• Capacity Building: Experience in

designing, delivering training and capacity building activities or other teaching experience.

The shortlisting shall be conducted in accordance with the World Bank's Guidelines: Selection and Employment of providers (under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants) by World Bank Borrowers (Jan. 2011) Consultants Guidelines.

Sealed Expression of Interest (application letters, curriculum vitae and copies of the academic documents) should be submitted to the address below not later than 11:00am, 25th September 2020.
