The job holder will report to
the Associate General Manager
- Digitalisation, ICT Projects,
Systems & Infrastructure
Developments to ensure
development & delivery of
Digital Transformation Projects

Responsibilities

  • Assist in Projects planning activities and the execution of Projects according to plan
  • Assist to manage relationship with Projects stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, risks and issues to manage expectations on all Projects requirements and
    deliverables
  • Ensure proper use of methodology, tools and procedures, ensuring proper governance is in place to best meet Projects objectives
  • Balance the trade-off of the triple - constraint (time, cost and scope) to realize the expected business value & excellence in delivering Time and Material (T&M) engagement Proactively identify changes in work scope and
    ensure appropriate planning measures are taken
    with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline
  • Assist to Manage the financial aspects of the Projects budgeting and estimate to actual variance through the Associate General Manager - Digitalization, ICT Projects, Systems and Infrastructure Developments
  • Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identif trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action
  • Assist in Planning and execution of formal Quality Control process;
  • Assist to manage Project stakeholder satisfaction to position and secure customer reference and success story

    Requirements


  • Degree in Computer Science or related field from a recognized Institution
  • PMP or
    Prince2 certification and /or other industry Project Management certifications is mandatory
  • Experience in PHP, Java, Python, Android, IOS Programming
  • Other ICT certifications preferably Microsoft & Cisco Certifications
  • Management and Leadership Experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining Projects deliverables such as, Projects charter, Projects management plan, status reports, Projects timesheets, communications plan, budget and schedule
  • Over 4 years work experience in Projects Management for Implementation of CORE Business Applications & ICT Infrastructure Projects in a financial or telecommunication environment and demonstrated hands on e-commerce software development and integrations for e-Commerce platforms Experience in conversion of Business requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience in the industry & Solution
  • Knowledge of operational issues around Projects management
  • Participate in the development of Projects
    management best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Conceptual analytical thinking and decision-making skills
