The job holder will work closely with the Manager to ensure operational efficiency, retain and grow SME clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage Renewal of SME and Micro Insurance clients
Develop a clear growth strategy for the Sector
Seek and onboard affinity Partners
Develop a Seamless Servicing Model
Invoicing, premium collection and allocation
Conduct Gap analysis on the allocated accounts
Advise clients on uninsured Risks and facilitate risk management measures
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant field, Professional qualification(ACII or AIIK) with at least 5 years experience in a similar role
Organizational and analytical skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Proficiency with relevant office computer applications to maintain databases, record data
Good writing and service orientation skills
