The job holder will work closely with the Manager to ensure operational efficiency, retain and grow SME clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage Renewal of SME and Micro Insurance clients
  • Develop a clear growth strategy for the Sector
  • Seek and onboard affinity Partners
  • Develop a Seamless Servicing Model
  • Invoicing, premium collection and allocation
  • Conduct Gap analysis on the allocated accounts
  • Advise clients on uninsured Risks and facilitate risk management measures

    Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant field, Professional qualification(ACII or AIIK) with at least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Proficiency with relevant office computer applications to maintain databases, record data
  • Good writing and service orientation skills
