Ensure set financial and service delivery targets for the department are achieved and offer client support
services to the Corporate clients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Renew Accounts
Invoicing, premium collection and allocation
Update the client on industry and other legislative developments
Conduct Gap analysis on the allocated accounts
Advise clients on uninsured Risks
Facilitate risk management measures
Ensure clients are updated on the status of their claims
Gather and analyze data e.g. Loss Ratio
Manages client open items and responds to clients ad-hoc queries
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business or relevant field, Professional qualification(ACII or AIIK) with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Organizational and analytical skills
Interpersonal and communication skills
Flexibility and adaptability
Proficiency with relevant office computer applications to maintain databases, record data
Good writing and service orientation skills
