Milling Plant Supervisor Job in Kenya

Our partner in the manufacturing and production sector is seeking to engage with a professional, dynamic and self-respecting talent in the following positions: –

Supervisor

Main Purpose of the Job: Overall general supervision of and smooth operation of the plant while ensuring compliance to processes and procedures

Main Responsibilities

Overseeing of the plant operations

Fully accounting for the process records and accurate records keeping

Ensure security and compliance within the plant

Supervising all departments day to day running with an aim of efficiency gain

Control of movement of inbound & outbound material of the plant

Job Skills & Personal Competencies: Communication & Interpersonal skills, Team leadership & team work, Self – driven, Honest and hard
working

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in any field

Computer Literacy

3-years relevant experience

Must be able to communicate in English and/or Kiswahili

Ready to work odd hours
