The Position holder will lead the Mildmay Uganda (MUg) implementation science agenda by; initiating, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating all organisational project based implementation science initiatives that result into program improvement, implementation course correction, new strategies, and informed documentation for internal and external policy influence and publications.

S/he will be expected to study emerging disease trends so that MUg remains competitive and at the fore front of health service delivery; provide Internal Medicine Specialist technical expertise for the Mildmay Hospital and in the projects as required, and support sustainable growth of the MUg brand as a leading technical assistance entity in line with the organisational vision and mission.
