Description

  • The position holder will support the Hospitality Services Administrator in effective management of the student Hostels by providing day and night supervision/oversight and weekend management of the residential facilities.

    Qualifications

    Education and Aptitude:

  • Diploma in Hospitality management, Hotels and Institutional catering, Tourism or related field.

    Desirable skills and knowledge

  • Training in Customer care

  • Training in Client Relations.

  • Report writing skills

  • Communication skills (Verbal & written)

  • Interpersonal skills

  • Basic Computer skills

  • Counselling

    Job related experience/Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in management of students’ residential facilities (hostels).

  • Management of hotel Housekeeping services is an added advantage

  • Ability to coordinate team meetings.

  • The position holder must be willing to reside at the assigned student residential facility.
