a partnership and business development intern/fellow to join our team this September.

What you will do
As the Partnership and Business Development Intern/Fellow, you will:
● Help manage both our existing opportunities pipeline and developing new business
opportunities for the program
● Take a lead role in the development and management of proposals and presentations (briefs,
concepts, business prototypes) to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
● Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term opportunities
pipeline in accordance with targets
● Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks
that achieve strategic goals
● Help the team to track performance, and report metrics
● Develop and implement overarching outbound sales, partnerships
● Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
● Help with program storytelling, impact measurement and in designing expansion strategies.
What you bring:
● Bachelor’s degree in business or management or related field
● Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiations or experience working in a similar role
● Proficiency with data design, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
● Ability to work as part of a collaborative team and independently
● Knowledge of social media and other online communications channels
● Passion for and some strong knowledge of the issues surrounding grant funding, social entrepreneurship and fundraising.
● Familiar with technology tools (G-suite, project management, remote working tools)
● Attention to detail, organized, curious, creative and proactive
● Leadership skills (you are excited about taking ownership, collaboration with team members
and you are constantly looking to learn and grow).
