Description

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development professional for the role of Manager - Learning Intervention to oversee the delivery of Learning and Development Solutions for our clients.

Role Responsibilities

Manage the planning, design and implementation / delivery of all Learning and Development requirements.

Deliver client company training requirements including product knowledge training.

Oversee administrative tasks associated with all training.

Sourcing training materials including external training providers when required.

Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each session

Prepare cost reports for each learning program

Update curriculum database and training records

Seek new business relationships, clients and partnerships.

Requirements

B.Sc in Education, Human Resources Management or relevant field

10 years experience

Proven work experience as a Training Consultant,Training Coordinator or similar role

Hands-on experience organizing corporate training events

Familiarity with Learning Management Software (LMS)

Knowledge of traditional and modern job training methods and techniques

Understanding of Talent Management and succession planning

Excellent communication skills

Solid organization skills, with the ability to

manage multiple trainings at the same time.
