MHASIBU SACCO Head of Operations Jobs in Kenya

Overall purpose of the Job

To oversee the Operations for (Customer care, Marketing and Credit Departments) manage the processes and effective implementation of Operation policies and controls systems.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

Overall in charge of the Credit, marketing and customer care functions :Is per set performance targets,

Effective and efficient implementation of policies, procedures and guidelines.

Periodic review and reporting on emerging operations issues/ limitations,

Putting in place an effective marketing strategy for Society's products and services, .

Ensure brand visibility and enhanced corporate image,

Preparing annual marketing plan, departmental budget and ensuring their effective implementation.

Enhance customer experience through effective customer relationship,management,

Preparation and presentation of accurate and timely reports and records,

Provide technical advice and support on all matters relating t operations.

Close monitoring and tracking of loan book performance, U. Ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory and institutional requirements.

Provide technical advice and support to the Management on all departmental matters

Minimum academic and professional qualifications
required]

At least a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business-related field,

CPA

(K) or its equivalent.

Master's degree is an added advantage.

A member of a relevant professional body.

Minimum 5 years relevant experience and in a management position,

Strong analytical skills,

Proficiency in MS office suite of package,

Compliance with the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya by providing the necessary documentation.

Knowledge on Navision ERP will be an added advantage.
