Quality Control Manager
Job Description

Primary responsibility will be to ensure that the process of quality production of milk and milk products are adhered to, and to meet quality and efficient standards set by the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising quality control team in the field (milk collection points, coolers) and at the factory level.
  • Ensuring that quality standards at the time of collection and at production are met to ensure end products of high quality.

    Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Food Science and Technology or Bachelor of Science in Dairy Technology.
  • Five (5) years previous experience in dairy production plant.
  • Must be a team leader
  • Must have good leadership and management skills.
