Mengo Hospital is a Church of Uganda Missionary founded Hospital and Private Not-For Profit (PNFP) It is categorized as a General Hospital, but operationally operationally a Referral Hospital.

The Missionary Hospital developed Into the present day 300- bed hospital, spread aver 22 acres of and at Namirembe Hill in Kampala.

Mango Hospital in partnership with CBM International seeks to recruit suitably qualified applicants with strong analytical skills, persons of high integrity/morals, God fearing, talented, good team players and should be customer focused to fill the following job position;

    Job Summary:

    To offer quality comprehensive Social support for Mengo Eye Department clients and their families. Position holder, is also responsible for enhancing sustainable referrals and linkages that will complement the required support for clients. The positron holder will also identify clients purpose of waiver scheme, fund raising and advocacy.

    Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma in social works and venal Administration
  • Bachelor of Serial Work and Social Administration will be of an added advantage tamer related health qualifications; Nursing,
  • Other related Health qualifications;Nursing and Palliative care
  • be a registered member of National Social Workers Association of Uganda
  • 5 years' experience in social work if Diploma holder or 2 years experience in social wok if Degree holder and 1 year experience in counselling.
  • length of contract: I year (Renewable)
