Budget control and planning

Providing 2nd & 3rd level support
ITSM Ticketing Process & Handling (IM; CM; PM; SCM; EM)

Active Directory Maintenance

Planning and Rollout of new client systems and coordination of return of old devices

Minimum Requirements

ITSM ticketing process

Unified Communication

Project Management

Rollout Management

Supplier Management

JIRA & Confluence

Change Management

General Mixed Experience in IT Systems

Matric Qualification

Diploma or equivalent in Information Technology

ITIL certification

Agile certification (advantageous)
