Business Development Executives
Degree in Business Administration/Marketing with life sciences background
Candidates with the right aptitude and competent to drive the following activities need to apply:
Promoting organization's healthcare services to the prospective: like Doctors. Healthcare professionals, Hospitals. Diagnostic centres. Labs, & Patients- Locally. Nationally and Internationally
Preparing New Marketing Plan for Promoting Health Care Services & Marketing Campaigns.
Preparation of Budget for various promotion materials & souvenirs related to Business Development.
Setting and achieving business targets
Plan Business Development Strategies
Input Feedback about services and facilities offered by Hospital
Ability to innovate new strategies
to capture market share and drive campaigns for specialty segments.
Willing to upgrade and update by continuous training sessions and also to train the newly joined colleagues for knowledge sharing and develop the leaders in healthcare business development
Strong market knowledge in understanding the dynamics of African healthcare industry and feedback about services and facilities.
Good Interpersonal skill
Having excellent communication in English, French and Portuguese.
Should have skills for conducting CME/CPD/Health Care talks /Health care convention, conference and even management.
Creating new avenues of revenue by identifying potential markets.
Effective management of Key accounts and Customer relationship for long-term association.
