Mediflex Industries Human Resource & Administration Executive Jobs in Nigeria



Responsibility

  • Developing, implementing and coordinating policies and programs covering several of the following: employment, labour relations, training, placement, and safety and health, benefits and employee services.

    Job Functions

  • Oversees and participates in employment activities to ensure that properly qualified employees are recruited and hired.

  • Develop programs, policies, procedures and controls regarding employment, and analyzes manpower, turnover and other personnel statistics.

  • Counsels supervisors regarding employee relations issues and ensures adherence to various state and federal regulations.

  • Develops and implements company-wide training programs, conduct training programs and orientation sessions for new employees.

  • Coordinates the administration of employee safety, health, security, recreation and benefits programs.

  • Prepares and issues manuals establishing human resource policies, and interprets such policies for executives and supervisors.

  • Supervise human resources representatives and provides on-the-job training as required.

  • Ensure to carry out duties honestly and abide the companies corporate social responsibility (CSR), occupational health safety (OHS) environment policy (EP) policy and procedures

  • To perform other work related functions as per instruction by immediate superior.

    Key Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a BSc in a relevant field.

  • Good knowledge of MS
    Office tools

  • 2-3 years experience

  • Must reside around Idu, Abuja and its environs.

    Salary

  • N70,000 - N150,000 monthly.
