Required Education
Essential Education: Degree/diploma in Human Resources.
Required Experience
Essential Minimum Experience: 5 years generalist experience in Human Resources.

Onboarding and Probation Management.
Performance Management.
Human Resources policies and procedures.
Recruitment and selection.
People Management practices.
Change leadership and change management.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office).

Transformation and Employement Equity implementation.

Workforce Management facilitation and governance.
