Main Purpose of Job

To ensure that financial transactions are recorded correctly in order for accurate and complete financial report compilation.

Key Responsibility Areas

Assist with accounting transactions

Attend to account administration

Attend to financial control tasks and activities

Extract and distribute monthly finance reports

Required Education

Essential: Financial Diploma

Desired: B.Com degree (with Accounting)

Required Experience

3 years experience in a financial environment

Required Job Skills and Knowledge

Accounting transactions and the ability to apply these principles

Financial management and budgeting principles

Knowledge of financial statements and statistics

Knowledge of VAT

Computer literate (Microsoft office – Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge of SAP Financial System
