Medical School Scholarships

I recently got accepted to Charles university in Prague to study Medicine.

I recently pulled out of another medical school due to inadequate funds. Is it possible to get either partial or full scholarship?

The tuition fee is 13000 Euros per year. I would appreciate any help.
