Medical Programme Educational Scholarship

I would like to know how possible would I get chance to read medical programme on scholarship abroad? I am currently in my third year reading biomedical science at KNUST in Ghana. I would like to change to human biology either before or after my graduation next year which is not possible in Ghana at the moment. I would therefore be happy if you could help me in seeking for scholarship in the above stated programme abroad.
