Medical Laboratory Scholarships

I have just got admission to Mbarara university of Science and Technology university to complete bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science degree. Due to difficulty in raising tuition I had to first do the diploma course. Is there any way I can get sponsored to complete my studies? I will be grateful for any helpful response to this request.
