Position: Media Sales Manager
Role & Responsibilities
Developing sales proposals and Following through and closing sales
Identifying sales opportunities and setting up initial sales meetings
Manage Deal Pipeline and source new potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
Manage Partnership Proposals and maintain the timelines for the proposal drafting process.
Maintaining and updating a database of existing and potential clients
Determining clients’ business requirements and advising them on appropriate solutions.
Should have a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
Develop and generate new business opportunities and acquisition of new projects and project bids
Close deals, manage a budget, lead business marketing activities
Ability to effectively communicate and interface with team members as well as executive level management and clients
Communicate new product developments to clients and prospective clients.
Fully support Executive Team in finding, negotiating, and closing large corporate deals.
Support management in evaluating new business opportunities by providing analysis
Manage, support, and supervise the business development department responsible for Presales & customer support
Hire and train new Business Development Associates and Account Managers
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.
Develop strategy for acquiring traditional business clients.
Lead all Business Client acquisitions
Follow up on all business leads which come into the company and set up client meetings.
Oversee and carry out all business client acquisition activities.
Actively develops and improve products and services by researching industry and related events, publications, and
announcements.
Set sales targets and define strategy to achieve these targets and to follow the set strategy punctually.
Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams.
Support marketing activities. Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
Planning and preparing presentations.
Establishing and maintaining working relationships.
Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.

Results- oriented and self-motivated
Passion and desire to help the organization take advantage of opportunities with the innovative application of best practice and solutions improve their competitive advantage
Track record of ongoing success in sales and business development with a strong network of contacts and referral base
Qualifications:
At least 6 years experience required in Media Sales or Business Development
Proven sales management experience, together with a good record of achieving targets.
Experience of managing multiple customers across geographies.
