Academic Qualifications

Degree in communication or relevant equivalent

Experience

Three (3) years relevant experience

VA/3 Outreach and Liaison Officer (Vernacular and Local Media)

Facilitate the develop of a comprehensive training and sustainability strategy for Local and vernacular media

Develop and facilitate access to public advertising and support to Local and vernacular media

Act as Liaison between Government Advertising Agency and local community-based media

Deploy strategies to ensure counties dedicate media budget to local based media stations

Academic Qualifications

Degree in communication or relevant equivalent

Experience

Three (3) years relevant experience
