I wish to know if it is possible to have a 2.28 GPA at BSc and 12.5 av in M.Eng then apply for another masters in a university abroad. Will they exempt the applicant?



The possibility lies with the sponsors. Depending on the qualifications they stated, and if they have any exemptions for the same.
