The meat shops are strategically located and as they grow in footfall and network, they offer an opportunity for the best butchers to grown within the team to be team leaders.

Meat Cutters and Butchers Supervisor is expected to know how to cut, trim, and display in an attractive manners all meat, goat and chicken carcass in an attractive manner with the customer view as the focal point always.

You are expected to be well knowledgeable in the using different knives, bone saws, cleaver, and band-saw, chopping meat to cooking cuts, such as roasts, steaks, chops, stew cubes, and grinding meat.

Meat Cutters and Butchers Supervisor also manages checkout counters and are expected to know how to use computers, barcode readers and issue printed receipts.

Overall, Meat Cutters and Butchers Supervisor is expected to ensure that customers have very good experience while visiting the meat shops.
