Education

Degree in management (HR, business) or administration

Experience

3-5 years of working in human resources management.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with local administration, payroll, and staff management.

2-3 years of experience in staff management and team management.

Experience of working with NGO is an advantage.

Languages

English and Kiswahili mandatory; Somali desirable.
Knowledge

Essential: Expert user of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
