Job Summary The sales engineers will be the key point of contact between MC and its customers: answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products. Responsible for maximization of sales for MC’s products and also in the turnover of sales.
Job Detail
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Develop new customer in the product segments both in Addis Ababa and Regions
Be able to travel to regional cities and sites.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing sales action plans.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Accomplishes sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing the sales action plans.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing the budget forecasts as needed and individual sales targets.
Build
and manage the key accounts.
Identifying and understand customer’s requirements and recommend a solution and mix design.
Provide technical solutions and support to customers and attending to technical issues on site.
Leading of trial mix for both lab and plant trials.
Prepare technical data and technical reports.
To conduct training/workshops for customers and understand their problems and identify solutions through the effective use of our products.
Provide Technical presentation.
Ensure the concrete lab is well maintained.
Ensure materials, tools, equipment, and other assets are controlled and used effectively.
Provide guidance and oversight to QC Control for Production and product range.
Qualifications/Skills
Qualifications
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar and relevant roles in the sector
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
