Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Junior Accountant at Maxitech Global Investment Limited.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.

Reconcile bank statements and perform periodic financial analyses.

Process and manage invoices, expenses, and financial transactions.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Support the Senior Accountant in various accounting activities as required.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation and adherence to financial procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2 - 4 years relevant work experience.

Proven work experience as an intern, trainee, or Junior Accountant is a plus.

Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).

Strong analytical skills and attention

to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of Nigerian accounting and tax regulations is an advantage.

Salary

N70,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
