Mater Misericordiae Hospital Consultant Neuro Surgeon Jobs in Kenya

Consultant Neuro Surgeon Full Time

The Mater Misericordiae Hospital Is seeking to fill the above position.

Reporting to the Director of Medical Services, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, Assess and perform Surgery to treat disorder of the Central Nervous system (Brain and spinal cord.) and the peripheral nervous system.

Supervise the training of the Post graduate medical students, Medical Officers and Medical officer Interns.

To be involved in relevant research activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Medicine.

Master of Medicine Degree (Mmed) in Neuro Surgery, or, Mmed in General Surgery with a sub specialty in Neuro Surgery.

Minimum ten years' work experience after specialist recognition.

Current practicing license from the Kenya Dentists and Medical Practioners Board.

Leadership skills.
