The Mater Hospital is seeking to fill the above position.

Reporting to the Director of medical services, the successful candidate will be responsible for;

Carry out emergency dental procedures as well as attending to non-emergency procedures including composites, root canal therapy, crowns and bridges.

Counseling patients on oral hygiene instruction and demonstrating techniques to achieve this.

Liaising with Consultants on handling specialized cases in the provision of patients dental health care

Review and developing appropriate policies and procedures for patient care to formulate best practice guidelines.

Contribute and participate in continuous professional development and education in dentistry in the hospital.
