Must exhibit oral & written proficiency in both English & Kiswahili languages.
Must work under pressure & meet strict deadlines working under limited or no supervision.

Qualifications, Experience & Competences
Posses a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Additional certification as a testimonial will be an added advantage.
Over 2 years work experience as HR Assistant in a busy organization

Certification from a HR regulatory body like IHRM will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Labour legislations is a must.
Ability to handle adverse behavioral models is a key requirement.

Holder of a Degree/Diploma in security studies.
