Job Details:
  • Grade 8 - MURBS/AAPT2/2019 .

    Duties and Responsibilities
  • Procurement duties Carry out supply chain planning and procurement in accordance with procurement laws and procedures:
  • Perform administrative duties including filing and stores management:
  • Manage service provider contracts for the Scheme;
  • Preparation of relevant procurement reports:
  • Preparation and maintenance of archiving system for the Scheme Administrative duties
  • Managing Scheme Insurance portfolio including reporting and follow up of claims:
  • Ensure all office facilities are functional at all times and take corrective action where necessary;
  • Coordinate Scheme meetings, workshops and seminars, carry out Scheme records management

    Qualifications, Experience and skills
  • Bachelor of Commerce or Business Management - Procurement & Logistics Option or equivalent:
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience with progressively more responsibility relevant to supply chain issues, possession of good analytical and presentation skills (knowledge of MS applications (word and excel) is mandatory).
  • Understanding of ament laws in Kenya (Must be licensed to carry out procurement by KISM)
