The ideal candidates should be well disciplined, young and energetic professionals with an outgoing personality and excellent communication skills. Sound knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Dancing Module and Value Streams is a mandatory requirement for the below positions:

1. Manufacturing General Manager (1 position): Minimum 10 (ten) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

2. Plant Manager (1 posit ion): Minimum 7 (seven] years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

3. Engineering Manager (1 position): Minimum 7 (seven) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

4. Commercial Manager (1 position): Minimum 7 (seven) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

5. Planning Manager (1 position): Minimum 7 (seven) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

6. Quality Manager (1 posit ion): Minimum 7 (seven] years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

7. Production Control Unit Manager (1 position): Minimum 7 (seven) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

8. Operations and Lean Enterprise Manager (1 posit ion): Minimum 7 [seven) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

9. Finance Manager (1 position): Minimum 7 (seven) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

10. Senior Quality Management Executive (I position): Minimum 5 (five) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

11. Senior Technical Executive (2 positions): Mini mu m 5 (five) years of experience in a similar capacity.

12. Senior industrial Engineering Executive (1 position): Minimum 5 (five) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

13. Senior Lab& Inspection Executive (1 position): Minimum 5 (five) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

14. Senior Warehouse Executive (1 position:] Minimum 5 (five) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

15. Senior Cutting Executive (1 position): Minimum 5 (five) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

16. Value Stream Executive (3 positions): Minimum 3 (three) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

17. Garment Technician (4 positions): Minimum 3 (three) years of experience in a similar capacity.

18. Production Control Unit Executive (1 position): Minimum 3 (three) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.

19. Sewing Machine Mechanics (6 positions): Minimum 3 (three) years of experience with sewing machines in a similar capacity.

20. Job Trainers (4 positions): Minimum 3 (three) years of industrial experience in a similar capacity.
