Job Description

Markos Private Limited Company is a prominent importer and distributor of agricultural products in Ethiopia. We specialize in a wide range of offerings, including agrochemicals, seeds, agricultural tools, veterinary drugs and equipment, poultry equipment, and dairy equipment.

Additionally, we take pride in our manufacturing plant, producing top-quality ladies' sanitary napkins under the brand name Bella and Monalisa committed to sustainability and community engagement, we aim to meet customer needs while supporting Ethiopia's agricultural sector.

We are seeking a highly competent and motivated individual to fill the position of Head of Administration in our organization. As the Head of Administration, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. This is a leadership role, and you will report directly to the Deputy Manager.

Responsibilities:

Manage the organization's human resources, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Conduct performance evaluations of subordinates to assess their effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.

Monitor the safety and maintenance of vehicles to ensure they are functioning properly

and providing reliable service.

Supervise the security and cleaning services of the organization, ensuring a safe and clean environment.

Oversee the protection of movable and immovable assets, as well as the fulfillment of various administrative services.

Direct and ensure the implementation of personnel management and general service policies and procedures.

Perform general administrative duties as required.

Qualification:

Formal Education:

Degree in Management or a related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role, including at least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
